Earn
Children earn Raqmi coins through activities - learning that money comes from effort and intention.
Each Ek Raqm box is carefully designed to help children understand money as an amanah, building habits of saving, spending, and giving through faith-led, hands-on learning.
A workshop where children earn, trade, give, and reflect - guided by Islamic values
Most children learn about money in theory. In My Money, My Barakah, they practise it for real. Using Raqmi play currency, children earn coins, make trading decisions, experience the joy of giving, and reflect on what their choices say about their values. It's the Barakah Box - brought to life.

A real trading floor where children make decisions, negotiate, and experience the consequences of their choices.
A structured giving moment at the end of every session - connecting generosity to barakah in a tangible way.
My daughter now asks to put her Raqmis in the Give section first. I never expected that.

The trading floor was the highlight — my son was negotiating, thinking, and laughing. It felt like real learning, not a lecture.

We left with the Raqmi bag, certificate, and a conversation we continued at home. That is exactly what I wanted from a workshop.

A workshop where children earn, trade, give, and reflect - guided by Islamic values
We deliver My Money, My Barakah directly into schools, madrassahs, and Islamic education settings. Sessions are fully facilitated by Ek Raqm, curriculum-aware, and designed to complement existing PSHE and Islamic studies provision. Whether you're looking for a one-off enrichment session or a recurring programme, we'd love to talk.
We aim to respond to all school and mosque enquiries within 3 working days.
A sensory-friendly adapted version of the My Money, My Barakah workshop session, designed for children with additional needs. Identified as a significant community gap. No confirmed date - build once standard workshop is running consistently.
A structured programme for children aged 7–14 to run real stalls at the Little Entrepreneurs Market, with a zakat calculation moment at the end. Can be listed as a separate programme card on this page once the event format is confirmed and publicised.
A longer-form version of the workshop delivered as a term-long or year-long school programme. For future development in 2027 once single-session delivery is established.
